Develop Your Professional Skills
We offer a variety of security, hospitality and customer service courses for all of our staff, and external clients. Our career development pathway creates opportunities where staff can progress and potentially become team leaders and supervisors, with the support of our experienced management team. All current staff are eligible for training discounts, and are regularly updated about new skills that could help them to progress with their career in the security and hospitality industry.
Each year, we host a team leader and supervisor training day, and we also aim to train all of our security, stewards and stage teams to the highest standard at the current recognised level.
